There is archaeological evidence for the casting of at least one bell on the site before 1100. The talk will outline discoveries made when the bells were rehung in 2007 to form one of the finest rings of 8 be lls in the region.\nFrank is a visiting fellow at Bournemouth University. He is a member of the Winchester Diocesan Advisory Committee for the Care of Churches.
